I write to you to solve a problem I had and I see it mentioned here on several occasions.
The email is not being sent because the problem is on your server (hosting), the problem lies not in the email that you’ve selected to receive the enquiry
You may question ?How do you know that?. Simple, because I just switched hosting, I installed all the same as in the previous hosting, but now it works MAGICALLY!
I hope it serves to DualCube as a solution to resolve the unjust complaints about the alleged poor performance of the plugin!
