thanks for the information, I didn’t know about this Elementor bug, apparently, it’s been a long time since this bug was reported to elementor, but still no solution. I’ll see if it works if I remove the custom size and manually convert my images with your plugin (directly in the media).

Thanks for the advice. I solved my problem by disabling the LiteSpeed ??cache plugin and then re-enabling it, I now see a lot more avif files, but there are still unconverted webp files, I tried to convert from media but I got an error, here is a video capture of the problem => https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/31409218?key=1a5a0138c01f23734ca2c6a8264cc853

Regarding the error message that your plugin returns when trying to convert in the media, I have the impression that your plugin is not looking for the file in the right place, what should we conclude from this ?

I just restarted the LS Cache service via my host’s Cpanel but it still doesn’t work, I still have the .webp format which remains the priority, the .avif format is not active, however in the /wp-content/compressx-nextgen/uploads directory I have the images.

I don’t have anything specific to activate, too bad you can’t reproduce the problem, I repeat, there are no errors in the woocommerce logs, nothing of interest with wp debug, it’s annoying because we can’t identify the problem.
