The plugin is simply great, and something that would be very much usefull for me. Unfortunately, i’m experiencing some bugs too. Still the “a” tag issue, “anchor” case… even after the last update, the pugin seems to take out the anchor and put some “#1”, “#2”, etc. in the text… Haven′t noticed anything about the permalinks, but again, I havent used custom post types a lot… But one thing that I really thing could improve a lot the plugin (since I like having the glossary page), is that the plugin should not show the “tooltip” in the glossary page, and also not in the “glossary term” post… For instance… I insert “Aspect Ratio” in the glossary (cant figure why, but also there are some posts where it doens’t show), so the tooltip and all works in a post. But when I go to the “aspect ratio” glossary post, if the word “aspect ratio” is repeated in the definition, then it is just like it is in a post… so, i guess the “glossary” post type should be excluded (didn’t manage to find out how to by my self). The same in the glossary page… There, just the link would be enough. Anyway, the idea, as said miss Quelizinha, is really great. Hope to see some updates and improvements. Tnx.
