In reply to: [Gutenberg] Totally a lousy experience. Don’t install this… thing!Here is a Screencast I did with fresh install of WordPress. I do think the after panicking right away that the WP Bakery is fine to a point. Just select it as the editor when you got to edit or even classic which now has the WP Bakery Back-end / Front-End editor buttons. But I am running into some other problems which I am going to make bug report for. Same bug since Sept 2017 (https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/2565) anyhow here is a link to that Screencast. (https://youtu.be/yVWYDcWXsfA?hd=1)
I think Gutenberg would be great if it worked a little more smoother. I think it blocks the WP Bakery button for a distraction free editing environment that I over looked or didn’t think of when I panicked to see them gone. You will see in video that I was able to us WPBakery just not from the Gutenberg Editor.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Totally a lousy experience. Don’t install this… thing!I agree with FranzBlog Gluttenberg does cause problems with wpbakery and still does as of today! 3 different websites same thing wpbakery back-end editor buttons disappeared and was a little difficult to get them back. I realize I shouldn’t have even reinstalled classic editor but just deactivate Guttenberg cuz doing it the other way cause problems even more! Even installing the classic editor WPBakery was not working until I deactivated it.
What problems are you having? What part is not working? Can you screenshot or screen record your problems and the step your taking to show what the problem is? Screencast-o-matic has free web based screen recording you could try them to screen record then reply back here with the link to the video. Anyhow hope it works out for you. Let me know if you want I can try to help.
Yes. It does work now! Thank You!
@jonasvogel ,
You mind if I ask you what version WordPress & PHP version you are using?
I have been back and forth with PHP version 5.6… & 7.0… still no change.I have WP Bakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) V.5.3 installed and the latest update for WP Statistics.
Here is a small video of two different sites that are having problems.
https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cb6e1hIa0nHas something to do with newest version of WP Bakery (Visual Composer) v.5.3 I just tested yet another site and did the samething.

@mostafas1990 ,
Hi, would you like to take a look at the site with admin access? I’d give you access if wanted to maybe see what the problem is. Let me know.roll back your site or roll back WP Statistics to version 12.0.12.1.
I used Easy Theme & Plugin Upgrades to help me roll WP Statistics back to earlier version. Link here to download: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ or search WP Plugins from dashboard and install it there. Make sure you activate it.Then download earlier versions of plugin from here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-statistics/advanced/ you will see option at bottom of page (most plugins have this available) select the version before than last update and try it out! When downloaded goto your WP dashboard and select ‘Plugins” menu then select add new. Select the file that you downloaded and then submit. This should work. it did for me!
Let me know if this helps. Have a great weekend.roll back your site or roll back WP Statistics to version 12.0.12.1.

Let me know if this helps. Have a great weekend.Are there specific IP addresses that jetpack uses to monitor the site. Like other statistic and Stat programs and Analytics record this as visits oh yeah that’s just jetpack checking up on the site. Anyway to just include those through Google Analytics or any other stats program? I’m seeing a lot of different IPS from jetpack being used but all have about the same IP range for the last few days!. Any way to set up Google Analytics or other stats programs that you know of to exclude jetpack from being logged as hits or visitor’s? Using jetpack to exclude IPS sounds like a great idea hopefully it does become a new future of Jetpack!
