In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Will NOT go past signing inPretty much the same issue here. I want to put on my sites credential for Jetpack back up, but simply cannot log in. Keep getting message that I must sign in to WordPress (I’m already signed in!) and when I fill in the account sand password it just takes me back to the same page. Nor can I contact Jetpack to ask them about this. I must first sign in to WordPress and – guess what? This is ridiculous. And as I say there is no way too contact Jetpack. If-when- I am finally able to contact these numpties I am demanding my money back. This is a joke.

In reply to: can't upload imagesI’m sorry – maybe I’m just not au fait, but I didn’t see anything in that link which seemed relevant to this problem. I have done NOTHING to change any settings in my site, which was working perfectly until yesterday. Now this. Since then I have tried reinstalling, and then upgrading, but neither worked.
When I try to install is just gets stuck and I get a page not found message.
If I look in the gallery I see an image, sized at 0pxl; if I click edit, I get a mesage saying the data isn’t there and to try uploading again

In reply to: can't upload imagesesmi – I noticed your advice to the above poster, who started his own thread. You told him: Check your uploads path in Settings->Media. It should be blank in most installs.
I checked that on mine but it is blank, as presumably it should be, and still no joy. Have you, or anybody else, any suggestions
I notice quite a few people seem to be having this problem…

In reply to: can't upload imagesMy images are more like 500kb – one tenth that size.

In reply to: Can't upload photosThanks for the responses. Weirdly enough I can see the imagine in the media library and so even though the size was given as 0 x 0 and no option other than full size was given (full size being the 0 x 0) I tried attaching it and by golly it attached to the file.
I don’t understand it.
I’ve done nothing to change any settings; it’s been working like clockwork until yesterday.
