In reply to: Thin font on slider page in SafariThanks @kartiks16, yeah I tried that. I was finally able to make it work by adding the span to the selector. Still seemed to be affected by slider which was unusual. But I think this is solved.

In reply to: [Simple Staff List] Safari staff photo inner borderThanks Brett! It was the theme, it was hiding the featured image code in backend. I added it back at end of functions.php and all good!

In reply to: [Simple Staff List] Safari staff photo inner borderHi Brett, this may be related. I need to add some staff photos to the directory, but when I click on any listings with or without photos, I can’t edit, see, or add them. There is no Featured Image area, and no Add Media button. I’m guessing the template shortcode is masking the Featured Image. Can you help on this too?

In reply to: [reCaptcha by BestWebSoft] CAPTCHA does not show on siteHi, can you please send me a private message on this? I got one site to work by updating the site’s jquery, but the other site that is not showing your plugin on login is still baffling me. I’ve turned off all plugins, tried the jquery updater, no change. It as if the site is hiding the script per inspector. I’d like to share the URL privately if possible. Thanks!

In reply to: [Slider by 10Web - Responsive Image Slider] Great plugin – Too Many RevisionsThanks, I assumed there were vulnerabilities surfacing in the plugin often per revisions, so that is why I’ve been updating the plugin once or twice a week. This gives me some peace. I appreciate your reply!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Migration to new server requires SMTP to send CF7 formsThanks Takayuki! My issue is not a new plugin, but a change in how the site is configured. Our host is smaller and tries to be very buttoned-down with regard to site safety. He has insisted that all emails must now use SMTP protocol and not PHP as CF7 is configured to work. So I am trying to find out how to most effectively get CF7 to work that way.
A site I manage uses the Responsive theme too, and after updating to WP 4.5 this weekend, our MB MiniAudio plugin stopped showing the normal buttons on the site.
I contacted the plugin author Matteo, and he suggested I find a[href=#scroll-top] and change it to a[href=’#scroll-top’] in the offending file. It was the file mentioned at the top of this page: themes/responsive/core/js/responsive-scripts.min.js. Added the single quotes as mentioned here and it was all better. The theme needs edited.
