Thanks for your interest in this problem. According to the WP Plugin “Server IP and Memory Usage Display” memory limit is set at 256MB of which I am using 64.31MB as I write (25%).
I agree as I was very pleased with it when it was working. Unfortunately nobody is going to pay for a plugin upgrade that is currently causing a site to go down.
The latest version of WF crashes my site (WP 4.7.1) with out of memory errors but others are having similar problems. My PHP memory allocation is just 28% used. Haven’t found an answer yet. I may try the previous WF version (6.2.9) as I had no problems with that but I was also using an older WP version.
I am receiving this error too but nobody has come up with a fix. I am using just 28% of PHP allocation (72.82Mb of 256Mb) after WF activation. The previous version of WF did not give this error but I haven’t tried rolling back. I’ve currently diabled this plugin to keep the site alive.
And for some reason you’ve restricted anybody from the UK to access your web content.
I don’t use Spamshield but my whole site goes down with Wordfence activated. Only since I upgraded to latest WP 4.7.1 though. Previously on WP 4.4.6 and nothing else changed or added, WF has to be deactivated to keep the site alive now…….
Not a very useful post this. Lots of people have problems with this plugin as can be seen by looking through this forum but there is no response from the authors because they do not support the free version. Unfortunately if the free version just gives people problems then they are very unlikely to purchase the “Pro version.
Also see my post placed a short while ago……

Thank you for your response – I’m about to start the upgrade later today!

In reply to: [StageShow] StageShow error stopping access to websiteThanks for the info Chris. I have tried out the demo and created a seating plan similar to what I need. I haven’t played with it too much as I lacked time to try and shift the layout to be exactly what is required but I just wanted to look at some examples. If you have any example links please let me know. One thing that is delaying me implementing Stageshow into the site is the time involved in modifying a working site and managing the changeover from how we currently do it. As we are a volunteer run organisation, saving money is my prime objective without the changeover process taking over my life……..

In reply to: [StageShow] StageShow error stopping access to websiteI’ve nothing to do with Stageshow but am monitoring this forum as I’m thinking of adding Stageshow to our Cinema website. As a matter of interest (and I’m from the UK), I checked out your site (www.torbaytheatre.com) and found no such error. I reserved two seats for 1 adult and 1 child and went through to the Paypal login page. All seemed to work so this may be a temprorary error which has now resolved? I was disapointed to not see you making use of seat reservations within Stageshow Gold as this is one thing I am very interested in and am trying to look at differenmt implementations……………….
I had no issues registering for the demo or using it. Surely if you’re capable of managing a WordPress site then you should be able to arrange a reliable source of emails………?

In reply to: [StageShow] StageShow Online DemoI remain obliged…………
No I don’t have any such blocker and as I mentioned, a brand new machine in Currys exhibited the same problem. I wouldn’t expect there was anything installed except the standard OS on this laptop on display in the shop.
The site is here for you to check with your browsers although it seems to work most of the time so it’s at the user end where the problem seems to be.
