In reply to: [Facebook Plugin: WP Social] Images and Page Header not loading – again!Hi Richard,
Many thanks for your response.
However, because of the problems with the IK Facebook plug-in I’ve now changed the plug-in to ‘Feed them Social’ – which appears to be working well.
Best wishes,

In reply to: Fatal Error on saving Permalink Options to repair .htaccessI’ve now uploaded new .htaccess and php.ini files which have allowed access to the WP Dashboard.
However, the icons within the widgets are still very basic symbols when using Chrome, Firefox and Opera, but with no icons at all when using IE; and none of them in the form they used to be (I’m using iThemes Moesia theme).
Please see for example:

Can anyone help please so that I can recover the correct icons?
Thanks in advance and kind regards.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Fatal Error on saving Permalink Options to repair .htaccessThanks Tara, but I’m unsure of what you’re saying about renaming the WP .htaccess file. There is no .htaccess file in the site structure as I deleted it, following the advice of this forum, (which I mentioned in my first post above) with the purpose of rebuilding the file via re-saving the default Permalink Options.
When I try to open WP Admin’ I get the fatal error message and that’s as far as I can get! So I cannot access the Permalink Options because I cannot access WP-Admin.
I have increased mememory size in php.ini from 20M to 64M via FTP.
The widget icons worked perfectly until I upgraded to WP 4.3.
What’s more the Fatal Error message now points to …./wp-admin/custom-background.php on line 312 – as against previously being …../wp-admin/custom-header.php on line 1273
Very strange.
So any further advice would be greatly appreciated, please?
Thanks and regards.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] MailPoet: Error message on preview request.Yes I do, but I do think it’s a Chrome browser problem as it now works with IE.
Thanks for your reply and I’ll mark this topic as resolved – permanently, I hope.
