I’m not sure if you have a way to test it on an iOS device, but the gallery still comes up blank on my ipad. I’m not sure if this is a browser caching issue though so a fresh look from someone else might help debug that.

Hi Bradvin, thanks for the quick response. I think I might have found the issue after some further debugging. I updated my version of jquery being used on the site and the gallery now loads. So far, so good.

HeidiSQL database editor. I use the maintenance option (Tools->Maintenance->Repair (quick)) to repair any database errors.

The table was crashed again this morning so I sent the report while it was crashed.

I don’t recall when this behavior started, maybe consistently 1-2 months ago. I don’t think I’ve installed anything new, although there are always updates for plugins and WordPress.

OK, but that doesn’t explain why it now won’t let me vote at all. When I visit the page both options flip over to the results view and I can’t vote. Or, is that because I already voted? Can I clear the IP listing?

I think there are still issues with this software. Now when I look at the page it shows the results but they say 0%. I assume the voting goes away since I voted, but the results are incorrect (there should be two votes, yours and mine).

Also, the coding wrecks my layout a bit.

Thank you for your help. Is there any reason this change is needed? will this be fixed if the plugin updates?

I found two instances of that line in the Total-Soft-Poll-Widget.js file (located in the JS folder). I changed both instances. I didn’t see any effect of making this change.

It says this is a pro option. I don’t have the pro version.

Do you do this from the poll settings: more than one vote (set to NO) option? If so, I changed it to NO and it doesn’t seem to have any effect, or let me vote for more than one option.

I added another poll using the Total Soft Poll 2 template and it still does not vote. It’s in the same article if you want to test it.

I’m using the Total Soft Image Poll 1. I don’t have a public link as the article is in Draft mode. I published it once but since it didn’t work I had to delete it until the problem is fixed. If you need to see it for sure let me know and I can insert it in some old article that is less likely to be seen.
