We will release an update shortly. However, we will be deprecating the Vimeo Import feature. You will still be able to add Vimeo videos to your site by pasting in a Vimeo ID.

You shouldn’t need to pay again. If you’re using OpenSea API Key, make sure your collection slug and Web3 Products are setup correctly in WordPress:

You should only need OpenSea Verification if you’re verifying ERC-1155 token balances OR using a shared contract address provided by OpenSea.

We have done multiple tests in both Live and Test mode, but haven’t been able to see the high estimated gas fees.

In addition, although Binance Smart Chain sets the chain id to 56 in MetaMask, our Web3 JS returns chain id 38 when the BSC network is set. Trying to change it to 56 in our plugin settings, results in a chain id mismatch. If you’re still having issues with this, let us know.

It might be the priority set on the content filters / shortcodes.

Under Web3 Access -> Settings, do you have the WooCommerce Filter enabled?

Just to confirm, you are trying to restrict the entire page using the Required MetaProducts and not the Gutenberg Block wrapper?

Make sure you have set your receiving wallet address under Web3 Access -> Settings in your Dashboard.

If you have Restrict Website Access enabled, you also need to set which Web3 Access Products are required to access the site. Make sure you have created at least 1 Web3 Product on your site.

Finally, our plugin does not include a button on the login page. I’m not sure where you read that in our description.

Unfortunately, we still haven’t been able to replicate any issue. We have tested with both ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens of which we do / don’t own. Verification with minimum balance is working as expected.

Make sure that you are using Mainnet and Testnet contract addresses when in Live and Test mode, respectively.

Also, make sure under Web3 Access -> Smart Contracts (NFTs) you have set ERC Type to the correct one. In your case, it should be ERC-721.

Can you confirm your contract uses 18 decimal places for balance values?

We haven’t been able to replicate this error in version 1.3.7.

After you update, make sure you clear any website cache and try refreshing your page.

In addition, check your Web3 Product in the WordPress Dashboard. Make sure the Minimum Balance is set to 1, or your desired number.
