thanks for your response, By using js Sticky option the elements doesn’t appears like current so js option will not help to solve issue.

• Has anything changed recently?
  – Yes, i installed a other theme, bcz?my requirement doesn’t fulfill by Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
• Did you update PHP or any plugins/themes recently?
  No.
• Were any plugins/themes recently installed?
  -Yes, installed theme and with the theme required plugins were installed automatically.
  
  So, in conclusion, there is no chance of solving my issue???

i have done all troubleshoot of :https://help.scrollsequence.com/article/37-scrollsequence-is-not-sticky this website but not solved.

Also tried by changing css sticky, it’s not working.
