As you have mentioned, you’ll find an image only in the mobile version of the snippet preview tool. Sometimes, Google adds this image to its search results snippets on mobile. To mimic this behavior, we automatically add your post’s featured image to Yoast’s Google preview.

The error of ‘Missing field “itemListElement”‘ is usually related to the breadcrumb schema output used for rich results.

By default, Yoast SEO does not output a breadcrumb schema. Please verify that you have enabled Yoast SEO breadcrumbs – https://yoast.com/help/implement-wordpress-seo-breadcrumbs/#enable-and-configure-the-yoast-breadcrumbs.

If you have already enabled the breadcrumbs, you may want to check if you’ve set the correct breadcrumb title for that post or page – https://yoast.com/help/the-breadcrumbs-title-setting/.

If you are not using Yoast SEO breadcrumbs, something else on your site (most likely your theme or another plugin) has added the breadcrumb markup. Not sure what plugins add breadcrumbs for your site, a conflict check can help.

I would like to let you know that the Yoast SEO plugin, by default, uses the robots.txt file that WordPress creates dynamically. You or your server admin can override the dynamic file by adding a custom robots.txt file at the same server path.

You can create or edit the robots.txt file in the WordPress admin under Yoast SEO > Tools > File editor. You can read more about this here: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-edit-robots-txt-through-yoast-seo.

2. Can you confirm that all the Yoast & non-Yoast plugins and themes are updated to the latest version?

3. Can you please clear the cache from caching plugins, the server, a CDN like Cloudflare, or the browser? If you are not sure how to clear the cache from a plugin, please contact the plugin author. Thanks for reaching out. I understand that the canonical URL for your new pages shows the URL in plain permalinks instead of the post name.

As the first step, can you please confirm that you are running the latest version of the Yoast SEO plugin(19.8)?

If you are already running the latest version, please do the following steps.

1. Install and activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin found here.
2. Go to Tools → Yoast Test
3. Click the Reset Indexables tables & migrations button.
4. Go to Yoast SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your content.

Regarding canonical URL pagination, we would like to inform you that Yoast SEO adds rel=”next” and rel=”prev” tags that let search engines know that they are on a paginated archive series. That makes sure that they crawl all the pages of your archive. You can read more about this Yoast SEO feature here.

Thank you for sharing the URL.

We have checked the page source, and we can see that the Yoast SEO plugin is outputting the following og:image: https://www.gorjonline.ro/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/marcel-romanescu.jpg.

In addition, we have checked the page in Facebook Sharing Debugger & it’s also showing the same image.

Can you please check & confirm that you have added the same image in the Social tab under the Yoast SEO meta box?

At this time, the Yoast SEO content analysis doesn’t work with the Elementor Templates but works on normal Posts and Pages. However, an issue report is currently open in our development repository to extend Yoast SEO to add support for the Elementor Templates.
