In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] Tabs Element : Visual errorsHi,
The tabs on the page shared by you are not added using Visual Composer Website Builder.
They are added using the WPBakery Page Builder plugin.
The Visual Composer Website Builder: https://visualcomposer.com/ and WPBakery Page Builder: https://wpbakery.com/ are two completely separate plugins. The former works using a based layout while the latter works using shortcodes.
You can check detailed differences between the two here: https://help.visualcomposer.com/docs/getting-started/visual-composer-vs-wpbakery/

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] just looks good and works very reliablyWe really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Thanks.
Hello,
Such an issue can occur if any third party code is affecting the website builder. To confirm this, you can take the site backup and then check it by deactivating rest of the plugins except Visual Composer Website Builder. Next step is to check it using a default theme like twenty twenty three.
If it works fine using above method, then you can re-activate them one by one to identify the exact one that is causing the issue.
Thanks,Hi,
The 6.9.0 is not a version of Visual Composer Website Builder. The plugin on your website is WPBakery Page Builder: https://wpbakery.com/
Please note that the WPBakery Page Builder:?https://wpbakery.com/?and Visual Composer Website Builder:?https://visualcomposer.com/?are two independent plugins. The former works using shortcodes while the latter works using react-based layouts. You can check the differences between the two here:?https://help.visualcomposer.com/docs/getting-started/visual-composer-vs-wpbakery/Thanks,

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] Post not showing text – VC EditorHi,
The page in url shared, does not seem to be built using Visual Composer Website Builder as when we check it’s html structure using browser inspect, it does not have any Visual Composer related classes.
Thanks,
Hi,
The issue related to content duplication in editor is identified as a bug and it will be fixed in an update. However, we have not identified an issue related to content jumping in editor. Can you backup the site and check if the same issue persists even when rest of the plugins are deactivated and while using a default twenty twenty three theme?

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] Using VC Buttons as CollapsiblesHello,
The code shared by you requires the CSS class to be added directly to the button HTML tag. This is not possible in the button of the feature section as an extra CSS is added to its parent div container.
The main purpose of the feature section button is to link to a section, page, or website. For eg: It is mostly used to display content such as packages, portfolios, etc. with its image and a brief description, and the user is taken to its detailed page or website when the button is clicked.
The Visual Composer has a separate toggle element that can display its content when its title is clicked.
The support team has responded via the ticket opened by you in the support portal.

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] Using VC Buttons as CollapsiblesHi,
From what I understand, you want to add a button in the Feature section that will show text if it is clicked.
This might be possible with some custom CSS and JS code. The logic will be to hide the current button and then add it using HTML via text block. The content that needs to be displayed/hidden needs to be wrapped in a div. The js code will detect the mouse click event on the button and accordingly add/remove a CSS class to the div that has content in it. The CSS classes will have the property of display which in turn will toggle it’s display on/off.

In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] Memory limit issueHi,
If the issue still persists after allocating the local memory of the site, then it might be a false trigger that is triggering the message in the system status.
I would request you to kindly drop a ticket via the official support channel: https://help.visualcomposer.com/support regarding the issue.Hi,
The error shared is pointing towards js_composer directory which is of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin: https://wpbakery.com/Please note that Visual Composer: https://visualcomposer.com/ and WPBakery Page builder are two independent plugins. The former works using react-based layouts while the latter works using shortcodes.
You can check detailed differences between the two here: https://help.visualcomposer.com/docs/getting-started/visual-composer-vs-wpbakery/
As the issue at your end is related to the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, I would recommend contacting its support team.
