I tried the Pingomatic tool, I was able to receive pingbacks and trackbacks. But when I tested the same permalink (https://rohitkumar.org/blog/?p=4) to see if it had sent any track backs, I got this:

Yep, at the bottom of the index page of wp-admn it say wp- 1.5.1.2. However, I notice that on my individual post page there is no mention of ‘trackback URI’ anywhere.

I wonder why NM and TG got pissed and left…

I fully understand that. But I want my theme to read my name in the author column. For this purpose I have been reading through Urban Giraffe’s dissection of a WordPress theme for the last, say, 4 and a 1/2 hours… (ala- very good site as well)

I’m sorry, I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to do what I did… I will create a new theme altogether then.

I was modifying the anthurium mix theme from alex king;s site… thanks for ur help…
