You should be able to change custom checkout fields position by changing the “Section” option value and “Priority”. You can find these options in the module settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Cart & Checkout > Checkout Custom Fields).

Unfortunately it’s not possible to change original emails however you can add Booster’s custom email WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Emails & Misc. > Custom Emails. This will allow customizing email’s template.

Can you make sure you are not using the “Prices and Currencies by Country” module with “Multicurrency (Currency Switcher)” together? If you do, you should replace the currency switcher with the country switching by using [wcj_country_select_drop_down_list] shortcode or “Booster: Country Switcher” widget.
