Is there any possibilty to buy a support ticket for woocommerce to receive competent support?

Same issue…

1. Disabled WooCommerce
2. deactivated al other plugins
3. Changed theme to Storefront
4. Enabled Woocommerce 4.0.1

.. completely blocked… no reaction…

I mean, because it seems, I’m the only one with this issue. So it must be on my site. But what is it?

On cosmetic-c.ch I’m working with 3.9.3, this works fine. But after upgrading on 4.0.1 I’ve got this issue on all my websites. For example https://surb-honig.ch

Once again, I’m not able to check system status, because the whole plugin is completely blocked.

As well the browser console shows nothing. Screen ist empty just nothing.

HELP!!!!

Anyone able to help? Is it true, I’m the only one with this issue? On several different Websites? Whats wrong here?

Thank you for responding.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to do anything inside of the Plugin after update on 4.0.1.

After a first click on anything in woocommerce, the whole area is completely blocked.
So it’s impossible as well to find an Analytics area.

I ask my self whether I’m the only one with this issue. I mean I’ve got 4 sites with several different themes and plugins and everywhere the same problem.

Cool it’s working. I’ve changed the expression to the german short form [AGB], but obviously it needs exactly to be [terms].
