I found an easy fix:
1. Log in to the admin account for your WordPress site.
2. From the Dashboard, click the button to restore the classic editor.
3. Click Updates, the second item in the left nav bar.
4. Click the Re-Install Now button and wait for WordPress to finish re-installing the latest version of itself.
