Yes, I’m using Twenty Sixteen. I’ve only made the changes you suggested to tillo up above…I just need to eliminate the Author Name and Date underneath the posts and any space/gaps that it leaves.

I came here searching for the same topic. I tried your CSS code and it successfully stretched my posts to full-width, but I still see the Author Name and Date underneath the post.

How can I remove this and prevent any gaps from being left?

I tried getting in touch with the theme creators and they are one of the worst in terms of customer support, so I gave up on them and tried doing what you mentioned up above. Still seeing the same issue(s).

What else would you recommend?

I tried switching themes, and that seems to be the culprit. I find it odd because I don’t remember updating the theme, unless I was half asleep ??

I will get in touch with the theme developers and let them know.

Thanks barnez, but is your code meant to be used when a person receives an email confirmation?

If so, I’m sorry if I wasn’t clear…what I wanted is for the social media icons to appear right underneath the confirmation message (“Thank you for your message. It has been sent.”) after the submit button has been pressed. Hope that makes sense.

I’m having this same problem, but here’s where I’m stuck…My work email address is the “catch all” email address where all of these contact form submissions are being sent to. So, for example, if the message is for Human Resources, I simply click on forward and send it to them.

Ever since this change was implemented, whenever I forward something to someone and they click reply to respond to the sender, it populates the “To:” field automatically with the “From” email address from the website domain and the reply-to information isn’t included in the forward. I have to send them that person’s email address separately.

I would appreciate any guidance.
