Thanks for your help. Really appreciate it.

I uploaded the plugin. Activated it and got the message: “plugin file does not exist”.
And then the plugin was gone. Not in the plugin list anymore.

So then I deactivated all plugins accept woo.
Clicked the blue “install Jetpack” button.
Message: “There was an error installing Jetpack. Please try installing it manually.”

Then uploaded the jetpack addons-add plugin again activated it. however, in the list with plugins it was deactivated, so I activated it again. And again received the message; “Plugin file does not exist”.

So I clicked “new Plugin”, searched for JetPack, installed it; “installation failed”.

The site is working just fine, I just cant install nor use Jetpack and I can’t get the message (or the ad)

Because the site is running well, even though the backend is a bit ugly that way, I have reactivated the plugins and it looks like I’ll just have to learn to live with it.
To bad, but only nobody is perfect, the rest of us just have to do.

@erania-pinnera thank you for the response. Bu no, that cant be the solution. We run our own vps and our hosting provider is not a wp specific provider either.

I see its still not solved? Just installed AO on bedrukken-borduren.nl and see my favicon has changed. I will uninstall now.

Great to see I am the only one replying to this topic. Thank you Caldera.
I found that the issue is related to Apple. It is possible to send mail on a pc with every (important) browser.
It is possible to send mail with all kinds of phones brands.
But not with an apple iphone.

I have the same issue and also requested help with that several times by mail.
The dropdown menu is fine from the main menu, to send mail to the trashcan, but in the trash can there is no option to delete permanently.

Support for Caldera form is not very good. I have one more issue, but they just dont answer.

Also, I think it is strange that every other form works great with cache plugins like WPRocket, but the Caldera form has this rejected token issue.
Why can you not solve that? The speed of my website increases signaficantly if I use WP Rocket, but i cant use it because of the rfejected token.

Help would be very nice. I receive whatsapp messages from people that ask me whether we received their mail. And we dont. So if we dont find a solution, I will have to install another mail program.

I dont think this is related to AMP. I have the same issue since the lates update. But, also with AMP disabled. If I use chrome I have the issue, but with Edge I dont.

So if other people come to you with this problem, first let them test other plugins

O.k. here it comes.

The issue is the twentyfifteen folder.

I found that there are two folders missing. (why?)

I installed a fresh wordpress on another domain.
Downloaded the twentyfifteen folder and uploaded it to the corrupted twentyfifteen folder.

Problem solved…, for me.
I hope this works for you too.

After changing the twentyfifteen theme to another theme, I have the same problem.

However after deleting all theme folders except the twenty .. folders, my site is online again.

I still cant log in because on the wp-admin page I still receive the fatal error. Happy to see the site though and I hope this helps for you aswell. I see at this time, your site is still not visible.
