I have chamged the drop downs to radio buttons instead,

I think this may be something that the developers need to look at,

i ran this same thing last year with no problem, however this time the issue persists.

we are not using Akismet nor do I have access to phpMyAdmin.

All other email notifications are working except forminator. how do these plugins work and can I integrate them with forminator to send notification emails to both admin and form recipiant?
