Uninstall/reinstall wordpress seems like the easiest sure-fire fix.

You should still have the header saved on your hard drive, so just reupload it through the FTP.

Make sure it’s named “header.jpg”, go to this directory: /wp-content/themes/inove/img then upload your header.jpg.

Refresh, and voila.
