Yes, Riaan. They show up when using the Regular WC checkout.
However we can’t use that due to IPN problems.

I have just noticed that the Shipping option shows up when the order is Pending Payment, however when the order has gone to processing it does not show.

I have contacted the Author and posted on their support, however the plugin was last updated 2 months ago so maybe it’s dead.
That’s why I’m seeking support from fellow members on here.

I’m referring to the WP-Admin end, so the Staff team can tell the difference between regular orders and wholesale orders.

We deactivated and removed that plugin before posting, still no luck.
Heading over to our IPN test it says “PayPal IPN Request Failure”

We checked the link with PayPal and it’s the right link, I also just noticed in the Docs it states GoDaddy are known to have issues with IPN’s.

Just got off the phone with them however they don’t understand/need more info.
What can we say to best address this issue with them?

Fixed this by using Express Checkout with curl.

Yes I have tried that and still no luck.

Is that Github request the reason for this problem?

It means what it is saying, the theme file is too big.

Try transferring the theme files via a FTP Client
