Did you ever find the ‘handle’ required for this?

Plenty of luck ‘junkie’. It was a java script issue with my theme. I was using a heavily customised theme that had all manner of java injected into it. As the project was still new in it’s development, it was easy to just change the theme and start from a ‘blank canvas’.

If that’s not an option for you, I also raised a support ticket here: https://help.internetmarketingwizard.com/ and ‘pestered’ the authors on facebook too. I did get some help eventually.

Settings – Eshop – General

Find ‘Product Details’ and ‘Show’ on that same page.

In the field, include everything else but shipping.

The field should now have:

‘sku, description, options, optionset’

(PS. leave out whatever you don’t need)

Save Changes – Job Done.

Need I say this – Great plugin! BUT……..

I’m having issues with the alignment of the form fields. For some reason the fields seem to be all over the place with the post title, email and name fields all in one row. Any help to sort this out would be much appreciated.

I’m using the MyTech theme, I’ve had ucan-post working on it for a few weeks using the same theme, did a back up today and that was when it started playing up.

I’ve had a look at previous posts but all links to the authors site/pages seem not to be working for me.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I’ve reinstalled the plugin a few times now with no changes.
