It looks like it’s a cache issue. The next day, the order was in the published date order. That was after my website12 hour automatic cache purge. So it looks like that resolves the issue.

Oh, I do get the duplicate after the error. But it does not show up immediately.

I get the same critical error on duplicate. I get no duplicate though. Might be another plugin. It would be nice to hear from some who have resolved this.

Problem solved:
After many tries of entering that [mailto] parameter, it finally stuck without that error message. The only thing that i did different was highlight the [mailto] parameter that was displayed in the instructions above the form, then copy an pasted it into the To field. Looks the same, but it is working now.

Just for clarification. I’m talking about wanting to open the one page on a smartphone in a normal browser session instead of using the Wordapp formatting. -Ron

I’m still looking for ideas why I get no news announcement scroll. The shortcode, [news-announcement type=”widget”] displays nothing.

Of course the plug-in is active. It has been working fine. It just stopped for some reason. I’m running WP 4.4. The WP update did not cause it. I did not edit any code. Using News Announcement scroll 8.7.1

It acts like the Text tab “sticks”. I was editing fine until I went to the Text mode, did some editing there and updated my page. Then I couldn’t go back to the Visual mode. Had to deactivate the PS Disable plug-in, then go to the editor, click the Visual tab, then go back and activate PS Disable.

Just de-activating and re-activating the PS Disable didn’t do it. Had to open the editor and click the Visual tab in between.

Looks to me like PS Disable plug-in needs an update, but I see that plug-in hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Looks like time for a replacement.

Yep, PS Disable Auto Formatting was it. I had the same problem and disabled the plugin then re-activated it. My Visual Editor tab is working now, so far. Hope it doesn’t happen again. Maybe they’ll release an update. Thanks for the posts.
