Have the same problem.
Can’t update posts meta description with SEO Yoast (even as an administrator user).
When I deactivate the plugin the problem disappear.

I spoke with my host’s techs and now it’s seems that non www is being routed through only one IP.

It’s really helped me to get through and understand this issue.

I figured out that the “server response time” is different depend on writing with or without “www” on the URL (probably because enter URL that include www is redirected to the full domain server)
Anyway the result you got: “475 other domains hosted on the same server” is when you check the the domain: https://samanthaisraeltours.com/ without “www”. But when I checked the full domain: https://www.samanthaisraeltours.com/ I got only 34 domaims that hosted on the same server.

When I asked my host (Justhost) to move my site to faster server they just advised me to upgrade for pro-dedicated IP (not shared) but I think it’s not really worth for now.
Btw I set up the google search console to preferred the domain with “www”
so my site is now ranked based on less bussy and faster server.
