I guess this is a pro function, but it still doesn’t allow a whole single KB on different pages…
I notice if I have multiple KBs selected that on the KB page the links to the individual KB are like ../knowledge-base/shop-faq. However, if I try to add that URL to a menu for example it won’t allow the link, it automatically forwards to /knowledge-base. Is there any way of preventing that?
I don’t see a shortcode editor option?
Ah that makes sense, thank you
No, only the reports CSV seems to be affected – inbox export seems fine.
Incidentally, why would a cookie from hcaptcha stop a recaptcha from showing? I don’t have hcaptcha installed on my site as far as I know
I only use reCaptcha, and allowing that cookie has allowed it to work so it’s good enough for me!
I have found the solution to this problem – I got the answer from CookieYes support – presumably it would be the same for all cookie plugins:
The issue seems to be related to the blocking of the cookie __cflb in the Functional category, which has the Script URL pattern: “hcaptcha.com”.
Please try again after moving this cookie to the Necessary category.
That seems to have done the trick, thank you – that has been bugging me for a long time!
I’ve had to turn reCAPTCHA off as I wasn’t receiving any form submissions (and no error message was showing) so I’d need to know when you could look at this. I could set up a private form with reCaptcha for you to look at?
Site is shh-uk.org
I have no way of guaranteeing first time visiting will accept cookies or not. Therefore the recaptcha must load in either case. I would have thought that was essential as I’ve never seen it happen anywhere else. How do I fix it?
I found this online, don’t know if it’s relevant : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/73502579/recaptcha-not-showing-up
I thought perhaps it was because I had a second form that needed a recaptcha in the footer, but I disabled it there and it is still not showing for some people. This is critical now as we may have missed contacts from people in need.
I have also just discovered that the cc email address is not working – the email address entered there is not receiving the email
For now I’ve just added some custom css:
.wcz-new-product-badge { z-index:1; }
Yes it seems to work perfectly, thank you!
