In reply to: Changing IP to Domain NameIf you want to use Google Cloud nameservers, you need to add your domain in Cloud DNS too, so far you only change the domain’s nameservers in your Namecheap account and it’s not enough.
Make sure the values here are not returning any error messages (the ones in red): https://intodns.com/intellectualdicussions.com
If you want to use Namecheap’s nameservers, you only need to modify the domain’s DNS A record, make sure the A record is your Google Cloud external IP address.
After making changes, you would need to wait for the propagation.

In reply to: Test site before changing DNSMake sure you create a virtualhost or a server block for the domain in the new server. Also, you can duplicate your website to a new subdomain on the new server, install a free SSL certificate from LetsEncrypt, then change the domain to the main domain once everything works okay by editing wp-config.php file or using WP CLI.

In reply to: Moving site from hosting to localMost likely you misconfigured the Apache virtual host for your domain. As for “Not Found” issue, make sure you enabled Apache mod_rewrite. Do not forget to restart Apache each time you make changes to it and its config files.
