In reply to: Custom Flash & Custom FieldI’m curious to know if/how you were able to solve this. I’m also in need of a solution for displaying a swf file via a custom field. I’m using a template that puts an image like a jpg into a specific area in the layout based upon it being named correctly in the custom fields and then the url specified. BUT! I also want to have swf files show up there too but I’m not sure how to get them to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In reply to: Feedback please on new theme SEFC-PRO 1.0It’s very busy. All the elements seem to have the same weight so there’s no where to draw the eye. I suggest starting by making your post titles bold to help them contrast and a few pixels larger. This will help site visitors know where to look for the beginning of a post.

In reply to: Horizontal wp_list_pagesHi again, I snagged some code from another theme and here is the CSS that works:
#navigation { height:15px; line-height:15px; } #navigation ul { position: absolute; top: 80px; margin-left: 55px; left: 50%; } #navigation li { float:left; margin:0; padding:0; list-style-type:none; border-left:1px solid; white-space:nowrap; overflow: hidden; } #navigation li a { display:block; padding:0 10px; font-size:10px; font-family: Trebuchet, "Trebuchet MS"; text-transform: uppercase; }
But I want to understand this. What part of the CSS is making the list side by side instead of on top of each other because I don’t see it. I see where the verticle seperators are (the 1px borders) but what the heck? where is the side by side stuff? I’m so confused.

In reply to: RSS | Creating Posts from RSS feedsbalord, you didn’t use the Feed2Post because it doesn’t work! And, Otto, it’s AN RSS FEED, they’ve provided their content so that you can display it on your blog, and *their* feed gives plenty of credit back to them.
