Ah, I’ve just spotted the up and down slider symbol and that opens the sidebar. Nifty! I just hope that all mobile users realise that’s what it’s for and click it!

I’ve tried adding the ‘div’ code to the widget area using an HTML Block and also tried doing it the same way on the home page but nothing’s appearing. The only way I can get to anything like in your video is to use the Classic Block but the ‘div’ code displays as it’s written on the website home page.

Although I have the Omnisend for Woocommerce plugin installed and connected, am I missing something else, maybe?

I’d also be happy to give you logins for you to sort this out for me. I seem to be having a ‘doh!’ moment!

@ikvindlezenleuk I noticed too that the products that used to show in the widget had disappeared. While we wait for the next update to fix, I’ve used WP Rollback to revert to version 1.2.1 and it worked a treat. The products are back in the widget…phew!

I’d just like to add that the plugin is normally fantastic. Thank you, guys!

Thank you for this question and answer as I’d also thought it was concerning Woocommerce. I hadn’t found Rodica’s settings as didn’t think to enable ‘Advanced Options’. Duh!

Don’t worry, I’ve decided on this occasion to just create my own page and link to it via the plugin settings. I’m sure that will work!

Addendum – yes, doing it the manual way is working. I think it must be a problem with the theme but it’s fine now so no need to investigate more, thanks.

Thanks for reply. I just checked site and cookie consent was enabled and not showing. I decided to reset to default, changed the button colour and it’s showing on site now but still the link goes to main site url as a cookie page hasn’t been created. That’s the bit I don’t understand as it’s never behaved like this before.
