Yes, this still isn’t working on Android with Restropress 2.8.1 and version 1.3 of the order tracking extension and version 1.1.4 of the app.

Yes this is now resolved by upgrading to 1.3 of the order tracking API and 2.8 of Restropress.

This is also happening to me.
I’m using version 1.3 of the Order Tracking API with Restropress 2.8 and Version 1.10 of the Restropress Android app.

I’m not sure the problem is wrong details given that we have tested on two different devices.
Could it be because we have two factor authentication set up on the site via the 2FAS plugin?
Can you confirm the app would work if two factor authentication is installed?

The only problem would be no pick up / delivery time would have been selected at this point in the flow.

I don’t think this should be a custom feature. I seem to remember Restropress had food item urls in the past.
I think it would be nice to be able to click on an item in the menu and be able able to see the whole description, image and add to cart option on a dedicated product page. That way it could be linked to a digital ad.

@kshirod-patel I can confirm that switching themes does not fix the issue.
Does it work after refreshing the page?
There is a known issue with a number of themes:

I can spin up another environment to test that out, but that’s not a solution (it’s a workaround), as this problem is occurring on multiple themes and browsers (see @soundtec24’s comment).
This problem does not occur on your demo site, so it might beneficial if your team were to test this using another theme and your configuration.
