It sounds like something is conflicting with WooCommerce here. To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

Let’s get this sorted! First, you’ll want to see if the emails are being correctly **generated**, as this is the job of WooCommerce. You can do this by installing a plugin like WP Mail Logging, and trigger the email.

Next, check the mail log. If the emails are being generated, there’s a good chance that the site’s server is blocking them from being sent. In this case, you’ll want to look into a dedicated SMTP provider.

If the emails aren’t being generated, most likely, something is conflicting with WooCommerce. This guide will show you how to check for conflicts.

Automated taxes using WooCommerce services will only calculate for the store’s home state, as _most_ stores only need to collect from customers within their state. We certainly aren’t tax experts, so if you aren’t sure where to collect sales tax, this site gives some pointers, while this one provides a nexus assessment. You may also want to reach out to a tax attorney, just to be safe.

If you do need to collect sales tax for each state, you have two options. First, you can use WooCommerce Avatax or the full TaxJar extension to automatically calculate taxes for each state.
Alternatively, you can manually enter tax rates into the tax table found at WooCommerce> Settings> Tax. We don’t have a tax table that can be uploaded, so these rates would need to be entered manually.

Without custom code, the native WooCommerce exporter will export all custom meta. Having said that, you can add custom meta columns to the export by modifying the code here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Product-CSV-Importer-&-Exporter#adding-custom-import-columns-developers

If you aren’t comfortable modifying that, using a plugin like the one mentioned above would be best.
