Yes, that can be the reason. You can copy templates form \wp-content\plugins\wp-property\templates\ to your theme folder and customize theme there for now.

Please, try systematic disabling other plugins, changing theme to WordPress default(TwentyTen, TwentyEleven) to investigate that issue.

That can be theme related issue. Please, copy templates from \wp-content\plugins\wp-invoice\core\template\ to your theme folder and customize theme there. To investigate that issue you can try changing theme to WordPress default(TwentyTen, TwentyEleven) or the Denali premium theme.

Yes, you can do that only by code customization.

randerson1228, as you understand, time for theme customization much depends on theme itself. Do you agree with that? I can’t estimate because I didn’t see your theme. And I didn’t receive your email for your licenses checking too…

I believe, that Teo saw your theme, that’s why he said about 3 hours. You’re not a developer, but I believe, you should understand, that time depends on theme. There are very many WordPress themes. Some of them works good without code customization, some of them needs few minutes, but some of them – few hours. Theme – it’s not only what you see, it’s code inside.

Can you give me example of such multifunctional plugin, which works fine with any theme our from the box? I believe, it’s impossible…

We’re trying to improve our support. But as you understand – WP-Property is a free plugin. Many thousand of people are using it. We just can’t customize any theme for every customer.

We have service for theme customization now. So we can make any theme to be compatible with WP-Property. But as you understand, we can’t do that for free for free plugin…
