The problem with posts is that there are normally so many of them that putting them all in one menu would not be so feasible. I think a rather different approach would be better but I’m open to suggestions.

Pages have been the only context where a menu like this has helped for my clients. Custom post types might be useful.

It works OK for me except that for two issues:
1. I selected Posts & Pages only (not homepage) but hte button turns up on my homepage anyway, which is a static page.
2. I need to find a way to stop printfriendly inserting itself into divs from plugins such as rotating posts, where the printfriendly link isn’t helpful.
