Yes, I have talked with the hosting providers, They were asking me to pay $79 ..

Anyways, I found the issue.. I downloaded the old Htaccess, I made edits to that particular file, With the 301 redirect code which was redirecting towards https://www.mysite.com … And issue is solved now..

Then i again downgrade the site to 3.4 and it works then… I am having problem with the 3.5 wordpress

This is not the theme problem… A it happens with me too.. I tried with all of the themes.. I am not getting the errors but i just can see add media button thats it.. and nothing else… Even add media button is not working either after updating to 3.5 version.
