I’ve solved the problem with Loco Translate! Probably some update of this plugin affected the {{avgrating}}({{votecount}}) fields.

I hope I didn’t give you too much trouble looking for a solution.

In the “Custom results text” field there is by default the following code that I can’t edit:

{{avgrating}} ({{votecount}})

I do have some customizations of the plugin that you have implemented after I asked for it.

You can check them here:

All these modifications work perfectly, except for the “Send me email whenever feedback is left” function. I can see a couple of ratings 2 in the “Rate my Post Analytics” section, but I have never received any emails with the private feedback, although the negative rating to use the feedback and social widget is configured with 2. I only receive an email when somebody rates a post or a page.

Otherwise, everything is fine, at least until the 3.2.0 update (well, I only realized this after this update), when the ratings started to appear in brackets.

Of course, ExactMetrics cannot delete our Google Analytics data, but the message they display when disconnecting our site(s) from this plugin says the opposite:

Successfully deauthenticated.
You’ve disconnected your site from ExactMetrics. Your site is no longer being tracked by Google Analytics and you won’t see reports anymore.

This clearly induces site administrators to think that we will lose our data, obviously with the intention of reconnecting the plugin.

Thanks fot this great plugin!

We can change the color of the icons (stars, thumbs, hearts…) in Style – Rating Widget and we can customize the font size in Style – Global, but is it possible to change the font color of the texts in Strings – Rating Widget?
