I’m using PayPal/Stripe for payments on my website. PayPal is just necessary in my view and stripe lets me add Apple/Google Pay. I’m not using square online because it’s redundant.For me- the square plugin was a good way to send my inventory to Square for face to face sales. I never used it for online payments. Maybe there should be two separate distinct functions. Sync and payments.
I’m having several of the issues that are being discussed on this forum.
Items are no longer syncing from Woo>Square consistently. It’s hit or miss.
I constantly get the ‘there may be a problem with your square connection. Please disconnect and reconnect…’
If I make any changes to a product the quantity gets reset to zero.
Often the quantity gets stuck at zero and I can’t update the quantity without disabling square sync first. Save. Update. Then re-enabling sync.
It’s so bad I’ve just disabled the plugin completely. I’m having to enter all my stuff into square manually now. Hopefully v3 is better.
Still happening. Any resolution?

I’d be all for a rollback. They broke the plugin with version 2
I just disconnected square. They broke it with the 2.x version. Fair season is over for me so I’m selling everything online through my store now. I won’t need square until spring. Hopefully they can figure it out.
I’m having the same issue, I have Woo setup as the SOR but any edits I make in WooCommerce result in a out of stock item. If I update any items I have to update them, save them, go back and correct the inventory. Every time.
I’m having this same issue, any progress?
