In reply to: Is the PHP requirement for WordPress 6.5 version 7.4 ?Hi?@fierevere,
So, this is what you mean?Recommended PHP Version: PHP 7.4 or above
Supported but Not Recommended Versions: PHP 7.0 to 7.3
Versions with Limited or Beta Support: PHP 8.0 to 8.3The information is scattered and there are many synonyms, making it very difficult to understand.
Thanks.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] 501 Error with WordPress 6.5 and WooCommerce 8.7.0Hi @ckadenge,
As an update on the WooCommerce issue, I have contacted the hosting service and they have confirmed that they will not make any individual adjustments to their security settings, including in terms of severity.
I understand their position on this issue, as it is a security concern.
Ultimately, it is up to me to decide whether or not I will continue to use this hosting service. However, I also wanted to bring to your attention that WooCommerce is exhibiting behavior that could be considered suspicious by a web application firewall (WAF).
This is a concern that I believe the WooCommerce development team should also consider. I am not sure if they are already aware of this issue, but I would encourage them to investigate it further.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 501 Error with WordPress 6.5 and WooCommerce 8.7.0Here’s my self-reply.
It seems that it’s being blocked by the hosting provider’s Web Application Firewall (WAF).
So, it’s not happening for all users.
Accesses containing strings related to commands such as ‘kill’, ‘ftp’, ‘mail’, ‘ping’, ‘ls’, etc. are being detected.
Until version 8.4.0, there were no issues, but I wonder what’s triggering it now?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: About the sitemap.xml generated by WordPress core’s wp_sitemaps
Thank you everyone. The issue was caused by a plugin. I fixed the plugin and the problem is now resolved.
It’s a good reminder to always go back to the basics.

In reply to: About the sitemap.xml generated by WordPress core’s wp_sitemapsHi @farooqpk
Thank you for the various information.
I can imagine that if I reinstall, the sitemap.xml will be built correctly.
The goal is to regenerate without reinstalling. I’ll try based on the advice you provided.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: About the sitemap.xml generated by WordPress core’s wp_sitemapsHi @gappiah
Thank you for your response.
I understand that sitemap.xml is a virtual file.
However, if something else was generating it, I have deleted it.
Currently, I have changed the theme to the original Twenty Twenty and have not activated any plugins. In this state, do you know why I cannot access sitemap.xml? No differences were seen due to theme changes.
We performed a new WordPress setup and installed only Breeze.
I have verified that the problem does not occur as described in the title.
The site was in the setup phase, but we had installed several plugins for verification purposes, although they were not enabled.
Unfortunately, we were unable to pinpoint the cause of the problem, but we believe the problem was with one of these.
Thanks.I see that the phenomenon is not reproduced there.
Understood.
Currently, the only active plugin is Breeze, but I will try re-setting up WordPress itself with a new database and install only Breeze.
Thanks.I knew it was useless, but I did view it in Edge.
I rarely use Edge and this is the first time I accessed this page.
I still see the same user information in both normal and private windows.
Maybe you didn’t watch closely enough, but I already cleared your browser’s cache and cookies at the time of my first video.
Please reply to me.

Due to the fact that we are shooting with Game bar, we are verifying on the same Firefox browser.
We have already confirmed that the same thing happens when we check on Chrome browser or Edge browser after sending comments on Firefox browser.
I mean, the difference from the normal behavior is obvious, right?
I suggest you try the same.Hi @adeelkhan.
I made two videos, one with normal behavior without the plugin and one with Breeze enabled.
Please check them out.Normal Behavior
After the comment is submitted, the user’s page is updated with the comment content. The “Your comment is awaiting moderation.” is displayed.
When the comment is authenticated, the page is refreshed and the comment is displayed.
User information is also displayed.
When the browser cache is deleted, the user information is also deleted.
This is normal behavior.

After the comment is approved, the cache is updated and the user information is displayed.
However, this user information will not disappear even if the browser cache is deleted.
That is, this user information is also cached and returned to all users.

Incidentally, this is the capture when the relevant page is opened in incognito mode.
You can see that the user information is displayed.

However, it does not work as well as yours in my environment.
Shall I make a video capture too?Forum: Plugins
