In my case I have A/B tested using the pagespeed site how my site loads with site kit activated vs. deactivated and when its activated it adds 300ms to “total blocking time” and directly affect the page and lowering the score to the low 70’s high 60’s.

The image should be reduced to 60kb

I have WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable Products. set to force download.

Not solved, Facebook doesn’t respond to support contact.

Error page is the same as the first error screenshot. As soon as I try to adjust anything on the settings page I get the oops page from facebook. Messenger has been enabled.

2.0.1 is worse.
2.0.0 gave the error that it needed to reconnect but it was connected and functioning on the sync and messenger. on the connection window it would allow me to go through and select all the different page and pixel options, continue to the final page and then get stuck.

2.0.1 broke the connection completely. Now when I try to reconnect Facebook gives an error immediately after trying to select which page and pixel to use for the site. https://snipboard.io/HZMB8a.jpg

Thanks for the update. I have another website I setup from scratch that has never been connected to a Facebook shop and it worked fine. Seems like it only affects the pre-existing connection/reconnection. Do you know how to completely remove from Facebook?

wordpress 5 with 2019 theme has the same issue as my custom theme. all other instagram plugins work but I like your feature set best so really trying to get this to work.

I have twice now. This is a live production site and I cannot give admin login info. Please let me know what logs you need or give me a version of the plugin that does not require a login so I can at least backup before going further.

Creating a subdomain entry in your cPanel or whichever control panel your hosting uses. If it’s cPanel, which is most common, then you should see a Subdomain option:

Once you are there then add a subdomain that is just “*”:

Make sure that your document root is the root of your multisite install. Normally that is /public_html/ however, it can differ host to host.

This solved my problem.
