I was getting the same problem, greyed out files, when using Safari. Switched to Chrome and it’s working.

It’s working now… I guess it always was.

I was testing the plugin by uploading screen captures files generated my Mac which have a lot special characters and spaces which can mess up with the file directory.

I’ve now tried with properly named files and it is working, zipping, attaching, everything is fine! Thanks for your help and I hope this is good information for your support!

Well, nevermind.

It was a windows 8 tablet that had the date and time wrong so it was making conflicts with the security certificates and somehow didn’t load the map.

We got it working.

We desactived the suhosin in the php.ini but we were lacking a piece of code in .htaccess. Now the plugin is working again.

Just find out that this only happens in the client server.

I did a copy to my own server and it is fully working.

Do you have any feedback about php versions or any server settings that cause problems with the plugin?

That was not the problem.

I managed to get it working by unchecking the option “Load Locations on page load”.

I had it checked because that’s was what I wanted but somehow that was interfering with the code you gave. Unchecking that made the results display on load like I needed.

Nailed it!

Changing the .htaccess and the php.ini didn’t work for me.
But I found that sometimes you must do it in the .user.ini

For future reference!

Just noticed that in the admin zone where it display the max_vars_input it is still displaying 1000 and not the values I’ve changed to.

I’m going to try and add the php_value max_input_vars 3000 to the .htaccess

I did it in my host, hostgator in the php.ini file and I’ve also tried it with .htaccess.

I have this menu scheme

It was sub-menus and sub-sub-menus,
I counted them all and they 46,

so,

100+ 2(portuguese+english)*46*11
equals 1112

I’ve set up the max_vars_input with 3000, 5000 and even 9000 and everything is still the same..

Am I counting them wrong with the sub menus?
