Thanks for your advice. In relation to the extension – if it is no longer being actively supported, even though it will continue to work it will become a security risk – yes? So I would prefer to remove it.

However, does using the inbuilt horizontal scroll option on the table have speed impacts that are greater than using the extension to consider? How does it function?

I guess I have the same question for the block vs shortcode – are there speed impacts to consider using one or the other? I think i have always used the shortcode simply because the plugin existed before the blocks did – but interested to know if there are other advantages apart from being able to view it within the post.

Does Monsterinsights track all of the same events as the Enhanced Measurement on the free plugin or only with the paid version?

If enhanced measurement is switched off in GA4, do you still have access to the data from Monsterinsights to create custom reports etc in GA4?

I have the same issue as detailed here. The Thirsty Affiliates pop up box appears behind the tablepress image and cannot be selected when using the affiliate link button. Can you please advise solution?

Hi there,

I am also experiencing this issue – cloaked outbound links are only showing once in GA4, but direct outbound links are being reported twice.

Is the only way to resolve this issue turning off enhanced measurement for clicks in Google Analytics?

I have another site using a different plugin for connecting the Google Analytics ID and this duplicate tracking is not occurring.

Thanks Tobias – for now I have excluded amazon images from lazy loading in WP Rocket and that seems to have fixed the issue. Closing this off – thanks for your help.

I’ve applied the plugin (I already had it, but just not activated), and I’m not sure it makes a difference – the image still starts wide then does shrink back down, but it is doing the same thing now on other posts – so it is perhaps a lazy loading issue.

I’ve just noticed that when I view the article when I am logged in to WordPress, it displays correctly. But when I use a different browser, and am not logged in to the site, it displays incorrectly.
Would this still point to an issue with lazy loading or possibly caching?

Ok thanks – and just confirming this will apply the change to all existing links in published blog posts, not just new links added?

Hi Tobias, thank you for your efforts to resolve this issue. I uploaded your plugin today for a corrupted file, but I am still unable to open the table and get the same error message. Are you able to assist? Are there any other steps I can take to resolve?

Also, do I need to run the extra plugin for all sites with tablepress, or is it enough to update to the newest version of the plugin if there were no edits made to tables after upgrading to WordPress 5.1?

Hi the site is https://creatorsofcoffee.com . Is there a way to specify a smaller font size for mobile only? Shouldn’t it be able to wrap over multiple lines?
