    Hello MotoPress,

Thanks you for your explanation. With your comments I was able to test a bit further. Unfortunately it didn’t work, but then it dawned on me: I’m trying to alter theme behaviour by altering your plugins behaviour.

Obviously that won’t work. So I went back to the CSS of the theme and simply hid the header and footer sections. Did exactly what I wanted…

In the classes overview, instead of just naming your class, put that class in hyperlink HTML-code, and create the anchor where you want this class to link to.

    <a href="https://link.com/page">Class name</a>

    Google:
    HTML a href link
    HTML anchor

    Hope this helps,

    Robert

Hi Corey and other support people,

After having swithed to other themes for a while I ran into this problem again. This time I dove into the problem: in wp-config set debugging to TRUE. With me it gave an error code pointing towards the amount of available RAM memory.

This week we’ll contact our hosting company and get this sorted out. I’ll keep you updated.

    Hope this information helps.

    @corey: Thank you for replying.

Unfortunately the person I’m building the website for already wanted to switch to another (standard-)theme. His current website is very problematic, that’s why we’re beginning from scratch. Due to that change I cannot replicate my own problem any-more unfortunately.

I did like what I saw though. I didn’t have this problem using my own hosting-server so I think I will re-build my own website using the Make-theme.

    Thanks.

    Hi Corey,

I’m having the exact same problem.
    – Fresh install of WordPress 4.2.2
    – No plugins except Akismet (non-active)
    – Make-theme 1.5.2
    – No Make-plus

Live Preview as well as Customize Theme only show white page.
This problem does not persist with the Twenty Fifteen.

Any change you can give me some pointers where to look for solution?

If I can get Make-theme to work, and understand the source of this problem I’m considering Make-plus.
