Its a PHP code which has to be executed server side and in the background.

Right, but Google Webmaster Tools Console shows this error since a week.
Initially I thought the error was transient and will drop off but its still there.
Also, GWMT is complaining about something which is true.
The JS call does exist twice.
Pls advice how to fix this issue.

But isn’t that Favicon?
I believe removing site icon will remove the favicon
