I too have a KLEO buddypress theme and you are correct, it does not work. There are multiple errors.

Doesn’t create a buddypress page in the integrated page tab and it doesn’t hide the correct orders and downloads tabs. I paid for the premium version for one year and now I cannot use it.

Also, your support link provided in the admin panel is broken, it is just redirecting me to the same page the link came from. There’s no other support there FYI.

I did update my review since I was able to find a suitable combination with my stackpath CDN.

Additionally, I appreciate the speedy response. Good job on the plugin!

If someone has a list of setting recommendations that are optimal to test, please feel free to help and make suggestions but with the settings I have tried, it is not doing the job. And I have tried a lot of different variations.

IDK if your team fixed it or if my team did but it is working again.

I have been billed 2 times already for this pro version but it is not working. I need some assistance before I decide to chargeback please.

I have a site called Fremius that is supposed to keep track of the plugins I am installing from your company. Is your company associated with this company?

And why can’t I see the correct sites in the list? Additionally, this site’s dashboard does not let me remove old staging sites we installed the plugin into but the site is already taken down yet it is still listing it.

There should be a check for this.

I paid for your pro service but it is not working and there are a lot of links that I am not allowed access to.

Can you help? My team is trying to integrate a new mobile app with the site but we need assistance with this plugin’s pro version. A lot of it does not seem to work. Very odd.

Can you help tell us where we are going wrong so we can fix it if it is not a plugin error.

Did you install the new version 1.2.x? If you have not, maybe he fixed it there. I just downloaded that version so I am not sure yet if it is fixed in there. I can follow up when I install it today.

Right now it is working but when I activate the “Visit Store” Link, it breaks.

ok this sounds great! I am wanting to install this plugin again on a new site but it tells me that it has not been tested with my current version.

It is a site I am maintaining so I thought it would be great to prioritize your plugin when possible. Do you know if it has been tested with WP 4.9.1?

It says no in the WP plugins page but I was hopping you could confirm that for me. I would love to install it on a 4.9.1 WP site.
