In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More Than Just a Page Builder] JS errorGood day, we are also facing this issue with the Elementor Version 3.27.6:

at e-react-promotions.m…?ver=3.27.6:2:39197We downgraded to version Version 3.25.10 and the issue does not happen.
So it’s some issue with the version 3.27.6 as the environment (WP, PHP version, plugins, etc) is the same.
Please address it, as this users are not being able to Edit the pages.
Thank you

Hi Robert,
Sorry for the delay, we were in a Winter Break.
I sent the required information to that Email, Daniel from your team made the first contact.
I’ll update this thread once we have a resolution.
Thanks,
Rafael
Hi Robert,
thanks for releasing a new version!
I updated it on PROD however the reCAPTCHA field is not being displayed on the Registration Form, even though we had set it up to be displayed on the plugin settings.
The field is working normally on the other pages (login, forgot password, etc).
Do we need to reset something internally? Perhaps a DB update?
Thank you,
Rafael
Hi Robert,
it seems that this build did the trick!
The Registration webpage is now working on our DEV environment, without breaking the other pages (login, forgot password, etc).
We’d prefer to wait until an official plugin version is released, if it does not take so long. Do you have any idea when a new version with this correction will be released?
Thank you so much.
Rafael
Hi again Robert,
great, many thanks.
We are going to test this build on DEV, keep you posted.
Thanks,
Rafael

Hi Robert,
it seems that the new WP 2FA version 2.6 has fixed the issue.
We appreciate your plugin, support and effort.
Thanks,
Rafael
Hello Robert,
thanks for the update and for addressing this issue.
We are going to test the new version on DEV environment, I’ll update this ticket once we have a conclusion.
Many thanks,
Rafael
It works on the login page, and password reset page as well.
it does not work on the Registration page.
We use Google reCAPTCHA v2, BTW.
Hi Robert,
many thanks for your quick response.
The versions are:
- WordPress version: 6.4.1
- CAPTCHA 4WP version: 7.3.1
The login page is working fine, the problem is on the Registration page. I caught the error from the PHP error log in the backend. WordPress didn’t crash for the user, it showed only a “blank page”.
Thanks,
Rafael
Hi @robert681 ,
many thanks for the update.
We can wait for the next version, no problem.
Thanks,
Rafael
Hi Oliver,
many thanks for your promptly reply.
The first workaround option didn’t work (upload the file with a user role that is not allowed to manage H5P libraries). We tried to upload with an “Editor” user and we got the errors below:Validating h5p package failed. Missing required library H5P.AdvancedText 1.1 Missing required library H5P.Image 1.1 Missing required library H5P.SingleChoiceSet 1.11 Missing required library H5P.SoundJS 1.0 Missing required library H5P.Transition 1.0 Missing required library FontAwesome 4.5 Missing required library H5P.JoubelUI 1.3 Missing required library H5P.FontIcons 1.0 Missing required library H5P.Question 1.5 Missing required library H5P.Blanks 1.14 Missing required library H5P.TextUtilities 1.3 Missing required library H5P.Video 1.6 Missing required library H5P.Summary 1.10 Missing required library H5P.DragText 1.10 Missing required library jQuery.ui 1.10 Missing required library H5P.MultiChoice 1.16 Missing required library EmbeddedJS 1.0 Missing required library H5P.CoursePresentation 1.24
Regarding the second option (“upload the content to H5P.org and download it from there”), could you please explain the procedure to do so? We are not familiar with the plugin.
Thank you,
RafaelHi @nlpro,
thanks for further checking the base prefix issue.
So I think we are going to close this case as this is not an issue with iThemes.
We aren’t going to touch the main site prefix because everything else is working seamlessly, it’s an installation with over 500 websites and over 100 stakeholders. Thanks for your help.
RafaelHi @nlpro,
we are aware of how multisite database is structured and how the prefix is setup on wp-config.php.
The “root cause” of the original issue is because our “root website” has its tables with the sequence “1”: PREFIX_1_options, PREFIX_1_links, PREFIX_1_posts, so on so forth.
Each individual website has their own tables, like PREFIX_2_options, PREFIX_3_options, etc. This is totally normal.
As I said before, probably because our installation is old and that’s the way the DB structure was setup long time ago by WP core.
We won’t reveal our PREFIX here for security reasons (SQL injection). Thanks,
RafaelHi @nlpro,
many thanks for all information provided and insights, very resourceful. And sorry for the confusion I made.
Regarding why there’s no xx_options in out installation, not sure, perhaps because this is a very old installation (over 10 years), but we’ve kept it upgraded and very secure (just to mention).
Perhaps that’s why iThemes didn’t foresee our situation in their business scenarios / code. But we hope they could fix it.Thanks,
Rafael
