A plugin activity no longer exists after deactivation or uninstallation. However, sometimes the hosting server retains the cache. The plugin is in no way responsible if the problem is your hosting cache. We hope and it’s not like getting 1 star.

Yes it will work at pages. First you need to create shortcode under RS Elements then you can use this shortcode any where post or page
