I did not switch to default theme or deactivated any plugins. I did clear all cache data and tested the form again. The text is now legible in black on white. Thank you

a 3rd party plugin was marking them as invalid. I deactivated it and forms are coming in again.

I think the period may be affecting it.

I am using Avada theme, email validator for contact form 7, akismet, CAOS, check and log email, contact form submissions, favicon, flamingo, flip book, go live url updates, heatmap for wordpress, honeypot for contact form 7, image optimization by optimole, redirection for contact form7, regenerate thumbnails, slider revolution, tracking code manager, wordfence security, wp super minify, and yoast.

I also use the Avada and I deactivated the plugin and reactivated (as mentioned above), and it appears to have solved this issue.

I went to the host services I have and they had a simple update that took no time at all.

That works splendidly! Thank you. I’ll look into the links you provided to change the button color.

Also, I was wondering if I can widen the button? Possibly equal to the width of the text fields.
