Have the same problem as above described.
“1. The Make Offer Button link is broken, no link no matter what Form Display Type using (product tab or lightbox.
2. The Form will not process, using product tab, you can click on the tab and form will show, fill out and submit, it seems to submit but no offers will be received by email or show in manage offers.”
Please advice ASAP.
