This workaround didn’t work for me. My host is useless and not even answering so I tried the plugin suggested. Any attempt to upload an image file just ends in a http error.

Can ANYONE out there help me. Once i’ve set up the app and pasted in the 2 keys it sends me back to Tumblr to authenticate, but just leaves me on the dashboard.
At no point does it ask me to authorise or redirect me back to my wordpress page.

I have over 7 years of blog I need imported. I just need to find a way that works.

Thanks anyway. Could it be something to do with using the newest version of WP?

No I don’t have a custom name. Standard ‘you name.tumblr.com’
