I’ve found that uploading a file, example (picture1.png) and then deleting it and then re-uploading a new picture with the same name (picture1.png) will still show the old picture.

Try renaming your new picture, not the same name as the old picture and see if this helps?

Was about to say – You can login via FTP or on the web, go to the includes folder > plugins > and delete the astra addon plugin in there.

Alternatively, you should have received an email to login “safe mode” go to the admin dashboard > plugins and disable the plugin in there.

Weirdly I used the shortcode widget with the following code [yith_ywgc_display_gift_card_form] and it displayed correctly.

Seems that the widget for .ywgc-form-widget-elementor-widget .gift-cards_form is broken on my site.

But it’s solved now,
