It’s working good with Convert dots to commas.
With None it’s converting just the first row.
So I think we can close this issue.

The point is that I was using Loco Translate and that in the .po file the items I’am wrote about are missing in that file. So translating with Loco Translate won’t work!!

I don’t agree with you. As you can see I send you a screenshot with imported CSV file in Notepad++
As you can see the amounts in column “reguliere prijs” are placed between brackets “2,49” and the amount that coming from cost of goods isn’t between brackets –> cost 1.02 <– both, and all other amounts should be between brackets and with (,) instead of (.)
So please can you adapt this in the plugin!

I updated the plugin and the white error screen disappeard!
So now I’m waiting for the next order to see of all emails send to customer and shop owner are working. Because the error in the last update was also preventing that! And it is a small webshop so it can take some time ?? If that works ok than I will notify you and I think than we can close this issue.

I switched the theme to Storefront and tested by activating plugin by plugin and Thank You plugin activated.
When I activated the plugin “Duplicate page” the ghost purchase became active again.

Just a few hours before you above message it went wrong again.
I received an order confirmation with the same address from Vietnam as before.
It was from the last concept product that was be changed approx. 1 hour before receiving the confirmation.
On 12/12 I made 1 concept product with 6 variations, I published this in private to make
it available in attributen stock. Afterwards I put it back to normal and concept,
On 13/12 a extra variations was needed on the above mentioned product so I did.
After this I closed WordPress and worked on another site.
So now I upgrade Woo to 7.2.0 and all above recommendations from you.
I also made a staging site from this site and than will look and test if a plugin is causing the problems.Regards,

Hello,There are no errors!
I was on saturday evening 10/12 busy on the site.
I was checking the text etc. and adapted some text.
I didn’t make any order!!!!
When I checked out, I received some time later a thank you email that I placed an order and the order was accepted and payed. Total amount was zero!!!
The email looks the same as I send before except the dates where not the same.
I don’t know what triggers this!
So deactivating of plugins has in my opinion here no effect.
So what I did now, I investigated the database on the term “Thai Nguyen” and I removed everything what contains this term.
So in the worst case the system will make a new ghost purchase whit another address and name. So I wait a see what happens.
Question: Is het possible to rebuild the datebase from beginning or are there any repair possibilities?Regards,

When I delete this, will that solve my problem?
